Where are your products made?
We print all out products ourself in the UK.
Whats Included in my order?
Each product comes with all standard wall fixings, including screws and wall plugs. The design consists of two parts: a wall bracket and a faceplate, which are securely held together by strong magnets for easy installation and a sleek finish.
How do I install the wall brackets?
Installation is simple. Each product includes all the necessary screws and wall plugs you’ll need to attach the wall bracket to your desired surface, and then the faceplate magnetically snaps onto the bracket for a seamless look. Detailed installation instructions are provided over on our social media pages.
Will my product have any defects?
We inspect every product for major defects before shipping. However, due to the nature of 3D printing, small imperfections may occasionally be present. These minor imperfections do not affect the functionality or the overall look of the product.
Can I customize the size or colour of the holders?
At this time, we offer our products in standard sizes and colours as listed. If you are interested in custom orders, feel free to contact us, and we may be able to accommodate specific requests depending on availability.
How strong are the magnets used?
The magnets used to hold the wall bracket and faceplate together are strong enough to securely keep the product in place while allowing easy removal if needed.
Are the products suitable for outdoor use?
Our products are designed primarily for indoor use. If you intend to use them outdoors, please be aware that long-term exposure to extreme weather conditions may affect the longevity of the materials.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives with any major defects or damage, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund. Be sure to provide photos of the damage so we can assess the issue.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically printed. processed and shipped within 10 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3 days of dispatch (Within the UK). We’ll provide tracking information once your order has shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
